This page sets out the conditions for using HYPERNOVA. By using this site you confirm that you have read and accept the terms below. The Chinese version governs; this English version is provided for convenience.
1. What this site is
HYPERNOVA is independently developed and operated by an individual. It is provided free of charge, has no account system, and accepts no payment of any kind.
The site is a calculation tool: you enter trade parameters, your browser performs the arithmetic locally, and the result is displayed. The site connects to no exchange account. It cannot and will not place or cancel orders, move funds, or access your wallet.
The site is not a broker, exchange, investment adviser or licensed financial institution of any kind, and has not been reviewed, approved or registered by any regulator in any jurisdiction.
2. Not investment advice
Every figure this site produces is a theoretical estimate derived from the parameters you enter, provided for research and reference only.
These figures do not constitute investment advice, an offer, a solicitation, or any promise or guarantee as to trading outcomes. Whether to trade, how to trade, and how much risk to take are entirely your own decisions, and the consequences are yours.
Trading crypto derivatives carries a high degree of risk and may result in the total loss of capital. Under extreme market conditions, actual outcomes may diverge materially from the estimates shown here.
3. Provided as is, without warranty
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, availability, or uninterrupted operation.
The site may contain calculation errors, stale data, display faults or functional defects. You should verify any result independently before relying on it, and defer to the figures shown by the exchange you actually trade on.
Features may be changed, suspended or discontinued at any time without notice.
4. Third-party data
The site requests contract parameters (maximum leverage and size precision) from Hyperliquid's public API, in order to fill in the maintenance margin rate and cap the leverage slider.
That data is supplied by a third party. The site cannot guarantee its accuracy, timeliness or continued availability. If the API changes, fails or becomes unreachable, the site falls back to manual entry and calculation is unaffected.
The maintenance margin rate is derived as 1 ÷ (2 × maximum leverage). Note that exchanges apply tiered margin to large positions, and that the liquidation price is also affected by funding costs, realised P/L and other open positions. These factors are not modelled here.
5. Relationship with third parties
HYPERNOVA is an independent third-party tool with no affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement relationship with Hyperliquid Labs or its affiliates.
References to Hyperliquid serve only to identify the contract rules and data source this tool relies on, and constitute nominative use. Hyperliquid and any other names or marks mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator of this site shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, this site, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
This limitation applies under any theory of liability, whether or not the operator has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use this site for unlawful activity, attempt to interfere with its operation or that of the services it depends on, or issue automated bulk requests to this site or, through it, to third-party APIs.
The source code is published on GitHub. You may read it, learn from it and deploy it yourself, but you may not use the site's name or marks in any way that would lead others to believe it is an official product or affiliated with a third party.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. An updated version takes effect on publication, and the date at the top of this page is revised accordingly. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
